Have been using joomlacomment 4.0 beta1 for last 2 months on live site without problems.

Recently had a single registered user who could post comments before now complain he cannot post a comment. Says he creates a comment and clicks Send button. Says the progress icon spins but does not ever actually send the post. He further says the exact same thing happens from both his desktop and laptop computers.

Would appreciate likely causes for this symptom.

Is there a way I can get a debug logfile to show possible joomlaComment posting errors?
