Hi,
I partly updated the german language files (formal and informal) in the 4.0 alpha package. There were some new frontend strings missing. The frontend is now completely translated again.
Sorry I couldn't be bothered to update the backend as well, also the eMail notifications are still missing.
I hope you accept this submission nonetheless.
