In the confirmation mail there are a unwanted text string: Please complete the form (nut sure if my translation is correct as I run Norwegian translation here). The mail contains something like

Referansenummer:: 7B52009B64
Vennligst fyll inn dette skjemaet.:
Kommentarer: har allergi
Organisasjon: lesetreneren.com
Fornavn: Odd
Etternavn: Hermansen
Gateadresse: Dovamyrvegen 13
Postnummer: N-5542
Poststed: Karmsund

the line after the "Referansenummer" is really odd as is says Please complete the form.

The second last line cash is also srange as I have ranslated this string. There is found? or is it hard coded?
