I have integrated the module and the boxes show fine except there is the following text above the sign up information .

Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /home/sites/http://alkimie.co.uk/public_html/modules/mod_cmc/helper.php on line 89 Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /home/sites/http://alkimie.co.uk/public_html/modules/mod_cmc/helper.php on line 98

I have attached a screenshot of the problem on the frontend and also a shot of the the completed module page where I can't see what I am doing wrong!

Can anyone help please?
