Resolved Uninstall Issues

I have installed the plug-in and found that the plug-in does not meet expectations. When I attempted to uninstall the plug-in, I received an uninstall error message telling me "Plugin Uninstall: Manifest File invalid or not found". How can I remove this software without messing up the website?
