,Just got my site up and running

did a fresh install of Beta2, install went fine, permissions are fine. index2.php exists in the main directory.
However when a registered user attempts to post a comment the box seems to attempt to post but then gives an Ajax error.
AjaxReady: KO ! Status=500
I just spent about 45 minutes looking through old threads and doing searches any help is appreciated. I have temporarily allowed unregistered users to post comments so you can test it.
