CComments 5.5.3 Joomla 3.4.1
Hi,
I have found two issues with the extension
1. This one is a major one for me. When moderation is turned on (preventing autoposting) then notification emails are not sent out to those who have subscribed to the comment stream. The only way I have gotten subscriber notifications to send is if moderation of posts is turned off. I would imagine that when a moderator clicks the the publish link from the moderation email, that should trigger notification messages to be sent to subscribers. It does not seem to.
2. When public users ask to be notified of replies, the input box for name and email have the labels for these fields within the fields themselves. This is fine except that a user can simply press send without actually putting their name and email in. It seems that the input box only checks whether content is present or not and seems to accept the input label as acceptable text. I would think that the pre-filled text should trigger an alert and the email field should at lest check that a valid email address is entered.
