In turkish language file, some of characters are wrong. For example, it says "yanl1_t1r" instead of "yanlıştır". Because of this, it shows characters of words until there is a turkish character.

When I try to change and edit language file, my site is gone. My site and sql charset is "iso-8859-9", not utf-8. What can I do for this? Is the language file was encoded with utf-8? (Even so, I tried to edit it with making it utf-8, but still it didn't work properly)
