Resolved Toolbar not showing up on fresh install

Hi

I just installed Joomla Comment on my web server, after testint it locally. There were no errors on install. However, when I click on an article, neither the toolbar nor icons show up:

This happens on all browsers. IE gives me the following error:

'JSOC_http' is undefined
path of my file line: 338
code: 0 char: 24

I'm pretty sure this is a permissions issue on the web server, but don't know where to start. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks! http://compojoom.com/images/fbfiles//images/Picture4.png
