Resolved Title is lost in my Submit a New Listing page

Hi,

I think I accidentally deleted something important. When I log in from the front end and try to submit a new hotspots listing. The title is missing and thus was not able to submit any from front end. Could yo help to advise how can I correct it. So sorry for the trouble.
