I have searched the forum on this issue and was able to correct 2 of my 3 issues on the site about booking. I still have "This event cannot be booked online" instance displaying on the Event List page, link is:

As you can see from the page, the line is still there even though I followed all the settings to remove this from other screens.

Also, as you can see on this page, the left margin of the events do not line up. The edge is ragged from event to event in the list. What is driving this? What can be done to correct this?
