Please see attached picture:
1- Installed release: 4.1.7
2- Comments appear fine in article page, database, front end edit, backend view. The problem only occurs on backend edit.
3- No problem in my previous release 4.1.4 (I jumped from 4.1.4 to 4.1.7)
4. Only happens to Arabic characters, English characters appears fine.
5- Database collation is utf8_general_ci
6- Joomla 1.5.22
