Resolved Submit and Area Title and Language

I'm sure these will be very simple but I've hunted high and low and can't find the answer. On Hotspots Submit an Area how can I change the 'Title' label when someone is entering a new hotspot and is is possible to switch the option to change the language off so that part is not shown at all?
