Description of my issue:

Sorry to concentrate my request on a short period but I played with the modules few days before beginning to request your support.

As you now know, I need to limit my folks on registering (at least a part of them).
So as discussed in previous tickets, I set option to not allow multiple booking and I limited the number of bookable place to 1 per user.
I need to manage at 2 options (which means 3 different special fees).

If I book through the short view "book" button, there is no problem: I can choose only one place with the needed additional fee.

But if I book through the detailed view, I get the 4 different lines and I can put a quantity of one for each line, and so on the next page, I have booking fields required for the 3 additional places.

I summarized this with some merged screenshots in the attachment.
