first off i need to say that this component ROKS

i have been using it for years now
however i have noticed a issue when people add a comment
when u add your comment and press enter u get the message
REQUEST FAILED
and you think that the comment was not added and you press enter again
same thing happens
however if you reload the screen you will see both of the comments you added
any solutions?
