Description of my issue:

I have enabled repcatcha for all users through Components CComment com_content Settings Security path. I have enabled Captcha--Recaptcha through the Plug In Manager. I do not get the Recaptcha Security section after the Commment section of my articles. I have emptied my cache. Any direction in helping me sort this out would be appreciated.
