"Read more" link opens wrong language

Description of my issue:
My map was working fine until I create menu links to the map in other languages. English map is here http://www.orthodox.net.au/ch/en/map while Greek is here
http://www.orthodox.net.au/ch/el/map-gr

Now if I open a spot in English map, I see "read more" link. This link takes me to ...greek map. How can I fix this?
