Hi Compojoom, me again :)
I am resurecting the ticket #3932 because we are still confronted with this issue. Whenever there's a comma in one of the booking fields, values get truncated when you open the CSV in Excel 2010 on Windows PCs. In Excel for the Mac, that is not the case.
It was not clear what the conclusion of ticket #3932 was so we would like to know if this is the comma that doesn't get escaped or Excel that's not reading data correctly.
