We have had to modify a few core files in a number of places for a custom configuration and I'm wondering if it's possible to get a summary of the places the recent security updates were added so that I can do the security-related patches manually. I understand it may be easier to re-modify core if there were a lot of security updates, but if there were just a few places I'd like to do that until the next major release.
