Resolved Provide CSV output data within ""

 Refer to the discussion in Ticket 3932. The CSV data is exported with fields in single quote and delimited by semicolon. It takes extra steps to import in Excel which are tedious. In the Seminar for Joomla 1.5 field data was surrounded with "" and delimited by comma. It will open in Excel with double click, without truncation and shifting of fields and no extra import steps through the text wizard. This will address the usability of the feature.
