For Example
Sehr geehrte/geehrter MAT_BOOKING_NAME ,

also with MAT_BOOKKING_NAME, MAT_BOOKING_STREET, MAT_BOOKING_ZIP, MAT_BOOKING_CITY and MAT_BOOKING_COUNTRY.
