Ich habe genau das selbe Problem und habe einige Varianten mit maps.google.de und maps.google.com ausprobiert:

[li]71032 Böblingen Im Zimmerschlag[/li]
[/ul]
mit oder ohne Umlaut, mit oder ohne 'Deutschland', mit oder ohne Komma - alles mit dem Ergebins: Geocode was not successful for the following reason: ZERO_RESULTS
Wenn ich die Adresse direkt bei google eingebe funktioniert die Abfrage.
