Description of my issue: It appears I paid for pro but the download was core only.

Installed core
Liked it
Paid for Pro
Installed Pro
No go.. no pro features. Says it's still core.
Added download ID
Says you need to install CORE for that to work
Core is installed
See step one

What can we do to get this installed and working right away?
