Please reference "#227: Pre-populate registration form based on logged on user"

I am launching my new website on November 1st, and I need the ability for registered users to sign up simply by clicking "Book" and it will capture all their personal information automatically. If this functionality is coming later, can you please help identify what files / code I need to modify to make this happen?
