hi, I upgraded to version 3.1.4 joomla but now the component ccomment does not work.
In log error.log apache:
PHP error Fatal error: Class 'JHTML' not found in /htdocs / components / com_comment / templates / default / default.php on line 56
this is line 56: "JHTML :: _ ('behavior.framework', true);"
