We're having HUGE problems with the whole payment system with Authorize.net. It is DEFINITELY a Matukio/payment plugin issue. These are the problems we're having:

1. Some payments are just not being sent to Authorize.net
2. Responses are frequently not being registered by Matukio causing the booking to show as unpaid

We have tested by using a different, 3rd party ticketing platform with the client's Authorize.net account with zero failures. It is a Matukio issue without doubt. According to my developer, there is no checking being done by the payment plugin to ensure a valid response is received from Authorize.net. It is acting more like a fire-and-forget missile - it just sends the payment info to Authorize.net (mostly) but does not wait to see if it processed correctly. (I think that's how he explained it - this is not my area of experience).

If this cannot be resolved we will have to look for a different option. Matukio is mostly a good component, but failing payments is a major concern as is the area of reporting and report customization.
