Resolved Payment Gateway - Aplhauserpoint

Hi,
We are facing issues with the aplhauserpoint payment gateway.When we pay for the paid event it shows point get deducted but the earned points remains the same as it was before purchase of the paid evens.
Please find the attached for the same.

Do we need to add any rules to AUP ?

Request you to kindly help to resolve as this is our live site.
