My client has 46 plus stores in several states. We made the states the main categories and then three subcategories that have three different colored pins. These subcategories are the three different types of businesses within their network.

He would like the pins to be re-ordered such that, for instance, the blue pins are on top, the red the next layer and the yellow the next later. Essentially prioritizing their ordering as they overlap. Is this possible?
