Here's the translation for the joomlacomment 4.1
The component downlaods as filename: joomlacomment4-20091115.zip.
This language installs as a regular language install, through the Extensions > Install/Uninstall area backend.
Yepp guys, no FTP file transfer...
As you will see, the front-end is done, and is better than the previous version for 4.0 version.
The back-end is around halfway complete... nb_NO.zip
