Yepp, pre saved in UTF-8 too, so it is just to open it, and dump it over FTP to your site.

Just upload to: YOURSITE/components/joscomment/language

The one that follows the auto install is obviously from some time back and lacks a stack of entries. This is not perfect, as you might notice, but it is close... hmy: norwegian.zip
