Essentially we would like to allow users to submit funding requests for their projects as well as funders to submit offers of support - in specific rural areas in the pacific. All of which would be displayed on a google map.

Would hotspots facilitate this for us?

Can we customize the front-end forms where users will enter data about their projects in a specified hotspot?
