no possibility to upload pics

Resolved no possibility to upload pics

Hi,
i am not able to upload pics. Something changed, because before it worked and i could also drag&drop. I tried with the permissions, i am super user. I use Joomla 3.6 and Hotspots Pro 5.3.0. Editor is JCE.
I tried to cancel cache, i tried to see 1000 times all settings. There is something i do not see. All previous locations i can see the images on the website, but i do not see them in the Joomla Hotspots Pro, when i try to edit a location or when i create a new one. I can not add or see the pictures.
