No data after changing to new booking form

Resolved No data after changing to new booking form

I just changed the option "use old booking form" to "no" because I want to leave the old form but now there are no more booking details shown in the booking overview.
In the sql-database there are all booking details still available but not in the backend nor in the frontend detail page...
Did the fieldnames change? ist there a possibility to migrate the "old" bookings to the new booking form?
