Overall I'm very pleased with the new help desk, I'm still a fan of Kunena however EasyDiscuss is better oriented at being a support extension. My only suggestion so far is to change https://compojoom.com/support/help-desk to https://compojoom.com/support or https://compojoom.com/help-desk
