For some good features:

.- Automatic Registration to CB (Joomla) if the Comment Sender it`s not registered.
.- Name, E-mail, Subject and Body have to be, needs to be mandatory. Try to put some features in the E-mail identification...
.- When you MouseOver the Anti-Spam text it shows you the text for Reloading the text in English, try putting it in other language, like Spanish (I can help with that)
.- A Confirmation E-mail to the Comment Sender to verify if they are a real person (Only for those who are not registered)...

Well, thats all I can think about to make this Component better....
