Wir nutzen Matukio um kostenpflichtige Veranstaltungen anzubieten. Ab den 1. August 2012 schreibt der Gesetzgeber eine deutliche(re) Darstellung beim Kauf von Waren+Dienstleistungen im Internet vor.
Für Matukio heißt das:
Bestellschritt 3 muss mit "kaufen" gekennzeichnet sein (Alternativen siehe Webseite). Das kann ja erstmal in der Sprachdatei manuell geändert werden.
Alle Daten zum Kauf müssen noch einmal aufgelistet sein. Z.Z. findet man nur die ausgefüllten Felder - ein Preis wird nicht noch einmal aufgezeigt. Netto-Brutto Kennzeichnung hatte ich schon mal angesprochen.

Die Regelung gilt bisher nur im B2C Bereich. Unternehmen die an Unternehmen verkaufen sind bisher nicht betroffen.
