Network error looking for js file

Joomla : 3.3.1
Community Builder : 1.9.1
CMC : 1.4

I am using CMC along with Community Builder but I am having some problems.

1. Please see attached image. It is giving me an network error looking for the cbcmc.js file. I think it has something to do with that extra / (slash ) before the media folder.
2. The language file is not loading, I am not sure if it has something to do with issue # 1.
3. If I submit this registration form, it will only show me a blank screen but the information is saved on CB users.

Please some assistance would be appreciated.

Nevermind, I have fixed it. It seems the cmc.php file in the community builder plugin folder is calling the wrong directory. I changed it to call "media/plg_community_cmc/js/cmc.js" instead on line 88. I don't see it calling any language file either so I simply hard coded it myself. Still a great plugin.
