The option for 'reply' disappeared recently for moderators, along with option for nested comments. See attached screenshot for setting on nested comments, which haven't been changed in years. The owner contacted me today that she not longer sees 'reply' option.

(1) what is definition of moderator for 'moderators only' in this setting? The users that can't see 'reply' option anymore are logged in as super users.

(2) is this setting working OK? I didn't see anyplace to designate 'moderators'.

When I changed the option for 'nested comments' to YES, everyone can see 'reply'. This isn't the owner's desired option though. Maybe there has been a change, how can I allow only owner to see the reply option again? Thank you.
