  5.  Subscribe via email
Hi Yves

Recently, my customer contacted me to inform that a lot of their clients had similar problems when trying to subscribe to an event. Apparently, one of their employees had written an email to their clients, with the direct link of the booking form for some events. So he was logged in to his own account, copy/pasted the link of the booking form & put this in the email.

  • As a result, the people who clicked this link got indeed to the booking form. They filled in the entire form, and luckily received an error when they tried to submit the form. (See the screenshot.) Indeed, they were not logged in so Matukio couldn't save their submission.
  • The thing is, is it normal that you can navigate directly to the booking form? I'd expect to see some kind of a login form if people would try to do this?
