Description of my issue:
I want to moderate comments for new users but allow established users to be unrestricted.
I've checked Configuration and settings but am not sure how/if I can distinguish between different users.
If I can't do it on the CComments level, can I change it for a user class, ex Super Users are not moderated, though I don't want to make everyone a super user.
