Description of my issue:
Daniel, Just wanted to follow up on a previous ticket regarding moderation to allow established users to post freely (based on either time or number of postings) while moderating new users.

Previously (10 days ago) you thought you might have this additional feature created in a week. Is this still being worked on? How will I be able to add this additional feature once completed?
