I've got an event with max. 24 participants and new ones will be placed on the waiting list.
There where 24 bookings. 1 of them was canceled so 23 remain.
When a new person tries to book the event he's placed on the waiting list where I was expecting a booking right away.
It looks like the canceled booking doesn't create a new available place.
