Hello Yves,
Thanks for the latest developments that have been introduced into Matukio 7. Despite following the migration guide (which gives no message if the migration has been completed or not) I cannot get the booking form to display in the front end and get the 500 error message. I’ve opened the default booking form (more than) once and saved it and the booking form is still not displayed in the front end. I had no custom fields for my existing events and cannot see what other means provided in the migration guide that should resolve the problem I’m having.
Reading the numerous posts on highlighting the difficulties of other subscribers to Matukio, relating to the migration, a visual guide (images or video) would have helped subscribers greatly with the transition to Matukio 7, as all the current Matukio documentation on compojoom website refers to pre Matukio 7.
Can I provide you access to the back end of my site so that you see what the problem is and document steps you have made to resolve the issue that’s preventing the booking form from being displayed.
Regards
Mr B
