Hello,

here is my problem:

I 've used !joomlacomment for a while.

I experienced some problems, e.g. I could not see the page "manage comments"(!!)

Anyway, I decided to uninstall it and re-install it.

I left the comments in the db intact.

Now, I am trying to re-install it and I can't. It takes ages and them comes back with an error. The same for both 3.25 & 3.26

My error message: "Connection Interrupted. The document contains no data. The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again."

My question: Is it possible to upload the files via ftp to specific locations?

The directory structure of the zip file is not crystal clear as to where each file should be uploaded, and I don't want to risk anything.

If I do it, will it work? or do I need anything else?

Is the current problem due to the big number of comments already in the database?

Thanks!

Andreas.
