Matukio 5.1.3

I'm using MAT_EVENT_LINK in a template for the booking mail template and the link is there, but the text for the link is "COM_MATUKIO_EVENT_DETAILS_PAGE".

Another related problem is that the URL used in the link is just the path part of the URL - there is no http://servername. Since it's being used in an email, this link won't work. The same happens with MAT_EVENT_URL.
