Description of my issue:

Can you kindly provide step-by-step instructions about creating a menu link for a custom location (city or state) as discussed on the forum:
https://compojoom.com/forum/hotspots-core-newbie-area/18773-different-maps-in-one-website

You have to create hidden menu links (A Menu that isn't shown by any module is usually called a hidden menu. Hidden menus can be used to create URLs that are not visible on any page. ) for each city. Then you'll again have to create external links that point to that city (you have to use again the copy link location), but in this case your external links would look like

http://mysite.com/paris#/1231132

Once again, it feels like javascript link to googlemap function might be easier; happy with any solution which works.
