Good afternoon, Yves,
We are currently using version 5.2.5. We are trying to limit the number of bookings to 1 per event. I've seen the information in a previous post about setting the Max participants per booking to 1 on each event, and in the settings have the "Multiple Places" value set to "No", which we have done.
Does this only apply to REGISTERED users? We allow unregistered users to book the events as well. However, we are seeing that a single person can book an event multiple times as an unregistered user. (I've hidden most of the name and email address, but they are all the same.)
Are there any validations that only one email address can book an event if the Max participants per booking to 1 on each event, and in the settings have the "Multiple Places" value set to "No"? Or is the only way around this to remove the ability to have unregistered users book an event? Or is this something that is handled in version 5.2.7?
Thank you for your help,
Steve
