Help!

I have installed the joomlacomment component, and I have made some changes to the english.php language file, installed the com, and now :

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /var/www/vhosts/http://iced-earth.net/subdomains/metalzine/httpdocs/components/com_comment/joscomment/language/english.php on line 106

I tried to uninstall the com, it dissapeared from the uninstall list, but did't uninstall it !!!!

Now I can't delete the comment_com folder, can't change the english.php with the original file, and can't uninstall the component !!!

Please tell me how to solve this problem, or how to uninstall the component, if it's not in tha uninstall list!
