Resolved JoomlaComment from yvComment and how appears date and time?

I have a two problems:
1. I can not import a comment from yvcomment (please write how?). Is include in component (section/category ID)
2. Not appear date and time at the comment (JoomlaComment). Why? Appear: d-m-Y H:i:s |
