Resolved JoomlaComment causing problems with left menu?

Hi there,

I installed JoomlaComment ages ago and it's absolutely brilliant. But I have a weird problem that it seems to be causing. This is how my news pages are supposed to look with a left menu:

But the articles themselves mess up either without the left menu, or instead using the 'Latest updates' box from the homepage:

http://www.onlinecontentguide.co.uk/2008/permission-to-speak.html
http://www.onlinecontentguide.co.uk/2008/bbc-iplayer-comes-to-nintendo-wii.html

Does anyone know why this is?
